About the Role - We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators to join our agency team and support nurseries across the Hounslow area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners looking for flexible work, varied settings, and the chance to make a positive impact on young children's development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's development where required
  • Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and flexible approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
