Timeplan Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Daventry. This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible.

About the Role- Full-time position - Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available
- Supporting primary/Secondary-aged pupils with Autism (ASD) and/or challenging behaviour
- Working on a 1:1/group basis with specific students, as well as providing general classroom support across the school
- Collaborating with teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored support and interventions
- Experience working with children with SEN (particularly ASD and behaviour needs) is highly desirable
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to supporting young learners
- Passion for education and helping every child reach their full potential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
