Learning Support Assistant – Camden (NW5)

We\’re seeking a confident and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a Year 4 class in a mainstream primary school in Camden. You\’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism and challenging behaviour, and helping to create a positive and structured learning environment.

The role:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

Long-term opportunity with an immediate start

Work closely with pupils who need extra guidance, focus, and encouragement

What we\’re looking for:

SEN experience (autism, SEMH, challenging behaviour) – personal or professional

Strong communicator with confidence and presence in the classroom

Backgrounds in Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Mentoring, Community Work, Counselling, Care Work or Graduate TAs are highly valued

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to apply
