Role

As the SEN Teacher, you will work closely with pupils across the primary age range, supporting children with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and a range of complex learning needs. You will play a key role in delivering tailored learning programmes and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Contribute to the development and review of EHCPs
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, class teachers, support staff, and external professionals
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
