TimePlan Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support a range of secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact on students' learning within supportive and dynamic school environments.

The Role

  • Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged with the work that has been set
  • Support students in completing tasks and encourage a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar setting (teaching experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
  • Committed to fostering a positive learning environment
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and school environments
  • Available ASAP
