TimePlan Education is seeking an approachable and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join a secondary school with a strong focus on student wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in mentoring, safeguarding or behaviour support.
Responsibilities
- Work with students who need help with attendance, behaviour or wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
- Support safeguarding, early intervention and behaviour strategies.
- Work alongside the pastoral team to promote engagement and success.
Qualifications
- Have experience supporting young people in a school, PRU or pastoral role.
- Be calm, firm and able to build trust quickly.
- Be committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable students.
