An inclusive secondary school is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support to succeed in school. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about equality, access, and helping every student thrive.

You will help remove barriers to learning and work closely with teaching, SEN, and pastoral teams. Experience supporting vulnerable learners would be beneficial, but personality and commitment are just as important.
