We are currently supporting a well-established community school in North London to recruit a range of teaching and support staff to work with children with SEND including ASD and SEMH. Job Responsibilities
- Comfortable supporting pupils with ASD, Anxiety, Depression, SEMH, and challenging behaviours
- Ability to engage and support pupils' learning
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
- Develop therapeutic relationships with pupils
- To understand therapy goals and aims
- To promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities and maximise their achievement
