Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highly differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes
- Support students with complex learning, communication, sensory, and behavioural needs
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider professionals
- Foster independence, confidence, and preparation for adulthood
- Contribute positively to the wider life and culture of the school community
