The Role Working closely with teachers, therapists and fellow support staff, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs. Support students with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living routines where required. Encourage communication, independence and emotional regulation. Support individual EHCP targets and learning goals. Use consistent, patient approaches to promote positive behaviour. Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.About You Previous experience in an SEN, specialist education, care or challenging behaviour setting is essential. Confident and respectful when providing personal care. Patient, resilient, adaptable and compassionate. A strong relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable.What's on Offer?
