Academic Mentor A highly sought-after school in Ealing are looking to secure several Academic Mentor\’s to start in September 2025. This school is a highly popular secondary school in West London with 1100 student on roll and are significantly over-subscribed year on year. They also have a growing sixth form with a broad KS5 Curriculum. The school aims for all students to achieve academic excellent and to grow in confidence through all areas of school life. The school was rated outstanding by ofsted in 2019 and has since gone from strength to strength. They also benefit from an experienced and supportive senior leadership team. Academic Mentor The school are looking to secure a number of academic mentors to start in September 2025 – July 2026 in the first instance. This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to gain more classroom-based experience before going on to complete their PGCE. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience working with children in a tutoring capacity however this is desirable and not essential. Application\’s from Graduates with a degree in English, Maths or Science will also be highly regarded. Main duties: Provide guidance and coach students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics. Running 1:1 and small group interventions for children who are struggling in core subjects and help raise attainment.
