We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Southampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced teachers to support and inspire our students to achieve their full potential., * Assist the classroom teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons

Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and guidance

Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Assist with classroom management and behaviour management

Support the assessment and recording of student progress

Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) where necessary

Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
