We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Southampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced teachers to support and inspire our students to achieve their full potential., * Assist the classroom teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons

  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and guidance

  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management

  • Support the assessment and recording of student progress

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) where necessary

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

  • Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

  • Passion for working with children and helping them to achieve their potential

  • A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be advantageous, but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £84.00-£90.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
