Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey., + Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed.

• Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

• Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their progress.

• Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions during lesson coverages.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.

• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various learning environments.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, + School-based teaching or classroom supervision: 1 year (preferred)
