We are recruiting Nursery Assistants to support a range of Early Years settings across Cheam and the surrounding areas. These positions offer flexible day‑to‑day work as well as full‑time opportunities, with immediate and ongoing start dates available. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5.

Candidate Requirements
  • Unqualified (with experience): Must have experience working in a nursery or school setting; Strong understanding of early childhood care; Confident supporting children aged 0–5
  • Level 2 Qualified: Recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification; Ability to support planned activities and routines
  • Level 3 Qualified: One of the following accepted qualifications or equivalent: NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator); Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Children’s Play, Learning and Development (EYE pathway); CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education (DCE); NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
