Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with young people in schools?
We have fantastic opportunities available across Southampton and Hampshire, offering day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles in mainstream, SEMH, SEND and alternative provisions.
This is an excellent opportunity to apply your psychology knowledge in a practical setting, supporting students with their learning, well‑being, and development.
You will gain hands‑on experience working with children and young people, making a real impact in educational settings.
Role Overview
- Supporting students in the classroom, helping with their academic and social development.
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who need additional support.
- Assisting teachers in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Providing emotional and pastoral support to students, particularly those with SEMH or SEND needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A passion for working with young people and making a difference in their education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexibly in different school settings.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) or willingness to apply for one.

You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview.
