We are recruiting for a confident and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a secondary school setting. This is a rewarding role for someone who can build strong relationships with students and support positive behaviour across the school. You will work closely with pastoral staff, teachers, and senior leaders to help students remain engaged, regulated, and ready to learn. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure and able to respond to situations professionally and consistently.
