Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support across a range of age groups
- Promote learning objectives and pupil enngagemennt at all times
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership on student progress
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual students
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a support role in a primary school
- SEND support experience
- Ability to be flexible, reliable, and work independently
- The ability to engage and inspire students
