We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join a warm, welcoming, and fast‑paced early years setting in the Oxford – Ardington area. We are looking for individuals at all stages of their early years career:

  • Unqualified practitioners with a genuine interest in childcare and willingness to learn
  • Level 2 qualified practitioners ready to build confidence and develop their skills
  • Level 3 qualified practitioners who can take initiative and support the wider team in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences

About the role:

You will be supporting children aged 0–5 years in a busy, engaging nursery environment. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play‑based activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Assisting with daily routines including meals, personal care, and transitions
  • Observing and recording children’s progress
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About you:

  • Passionate about working with young children
  • Positive, caring, and reliable
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Energetic and proactive in a busy environment
  • Relevant qualification (or working towards one) for Level 2/3 roles
