We are looking for individuals at all stages of their early years career:
- Unqualified practitioners with a genuine interest in childcare and willingness to learn
- Level 2 qualified practitioners ready to build confidence and develop their skills
- Level 3 qualified practitioners who can take initiative and support the wider team in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences
About the role:
You will be supporting children aged 0–5 years in a busy, engaging nursery environment. Daily responsibilities include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play‑based activities
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Assisting with daily routines including meals, personal care, and transitions
- Observing and recording children’s progress
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
About you:
- Passionate about working with young children
- Positive, caring, and reliable
- Able to work well in a team
- Energetic and proactive in a busy environment
- Relevant qualification (or working towards one) for Level 2/3 roles
