We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join a well‑established group of high‑quality day nurseries across South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional early years care and education.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

The Role

You will support the day‑to‑day care and development of children, ensuring their individual needs are met while encouraging learning through play in line with the EYFS framework. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, helping to maintain the highest standards of childcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and supervision
  • Plan and lead fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
