We are recruiting Nursery Assistants to support a range of Early Years settings across Croydon and the surrounding areas. These positions offer flexible day‑to‑day work as well as full‑time opportunities, with immediate and ongoing start dates available. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5.

Applications are welcome from unqualified candidates with experience working in a nursery or school setting, as well as those holding Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications. All applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support daily routines within the nursery environment

Candidate Requirements
  • Unqualified (with experience)
  • Experience working in a nursery or school setting
  • Strong understanding of early childhood care
  • Confident supporting children aged 0–5
  • Level 2 Qualified: Recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification
  • Level 3 Qualified: Accepted qualifications or equivalent include NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Children’s Play, Learning and Development (EYE pathway), CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education (DCE), NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
