Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Support Staff to work within welcoming primary schools supporting pupils with:

  • Phonics interventions
  • Speech and Language support
  • Small group and 1:1 interventions
  • Early literacy and numeracy development
  • SEND and additional learning needs

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, graduates, or individuals with a background in education, childcare, speech and language, or youth support.

The Role:

  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions
  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs
  • Build confidence, communication and engagement
  • Support children academically and emotionally

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
  • Knowledge of phonics schemes is desirable
  • Speech and Language or SEND experience is advantageous
