A specialist SEN Primary school is seeking a compassionate and reliable Children's Support Worker to support pupils with SEN including complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable children.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with severe and complex SEND, including autism and additional needs.
  • Provide personal care (toileting, hygiene, changing) with dignity and sensitivity.
  • Support emotional regulation, engagement, and daily routines.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff.
  • Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are always prioritised.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEND, care, or vulnerable individuals in schools, care, or community settings.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding.
