An inclusive secondary school is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support to succeed in school. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about equality, access, and helping every student thrive. You will help remove barriers to learning and work closely with teaching, SEN, and pastoral teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
  • Understanding of inclusion, SEND, or pastoral support.
  • A proactive, patient, and compassionate attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
  • Enhanced DBS and two references.
