We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join friendly and supportive nursery teams across Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant childcare qualification and have a genuine passion for supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Acting as a key person for a group of children.
- Promoting children’s wellbeing, safety and individual needs.
- Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Supporting the nursery’s vision, values and commitment to excellence.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Previous experience working in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
