This school in Basingstoke is looking for a Year 6 class teacher to join their school from September 2026 for the autumn term until Christmas.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 (Year 6) Class Teacher to join our school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact on the learning and development of primary school students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
This is a temporary/contract job starting September 2026 for the term. Ideally the school is looking for someone part time, 2 days a week but can be flexible on which 2 days,
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines for Year 6

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment methods.
