Location: Ripponden, West Yorkshire

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (including paid 30 minute break)

Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated, organised and people‑focused Recruitment & Development Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic, front‑facing role that plays a key part in attracting, supporting and developing the people who work within our care services. You’ll work closely with candidates, care leaders, and colleagues across HR and operations. You’ll need to be confident building and maintaining relationships, highly organised with excellent time management, and naturally inquisitive - keen to understand processes, improve ways of working, and support people through their journey with Timeout. This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and is aligned to delivering outcomes for children through meaningful, behind‑the‑scenes work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, colleagues and candidates
  • Manage pre‑employment checks and onboarding in line with Safer Recruitment standards
  • Maintain accurate recruitment, training and personnel records
  • Support induction, training compliance and development tracking
  • Liaise with managers to progress outstanding actions and priorities
  • Prepare and organise documentation for audits, inspections and reviews
  • Provide flexible administrative support across recruitment, development and people processes
