What you will be doing:

  • Provide one‑to‑one therapeutic care in line with each child’s care plan.
  • Create a safe, positive home environment filled with fun, stability, and opportunities.
  • Support children with daily routines, appointments, education, activities, and trips (including UK and overseas holidays).
  • Complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Work across our homes as needed, with full support and supervision from your allocated manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • Over the age of 21 (Genuine Occupational Qualification – Equality Act 2010)
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full driving licence and business car insurance
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep‑ins
