Salary: £12.60 per hour plus £45 sleep in rate
Hours: Flexible (most shifts will include a sleep in)

What you will be doing:
- Provide one‑to‑one therapeutic care in line with each child’s care plan.
- Create a safe, positive home environment filled with fun, stability, and opportunities.
- Support children with daily routines, appointments, education, activities, and trips (including UK and overseas holidays).
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Work across our homes as needed, with full support and supervision from your allocated manager.
Essential Requirements:
- Over the age of 21 (Genuine Occupational Qualification – Equality Act 2010)
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Full driving licence and business car insurance
- Ability to work flexibly, including sleep‑ins
