The Organisation TimeNorfolk is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation based in Norwich. We provide subsidised counselling support to anyone who has had a pregnancy loss or baby loss or faces a pregnancy choice. TimeNorfolk has a Christian heritage and ethos. There is no requirement for staff or volunteers to have a Christian faith. We do ask that you are supportive of our ethos and comfortable working in a values-led environment.

The Job We are looking for an Executive Director who will have responsibility for all our charitable activities, including fundraising and operations as well as leading a wonderful team of 4 paid staff and volunteer counsellors. This is a senior management role which involves overseeing and working closely with the Trustees and the team in making policy and strategic decisions as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures within a confidential environment.
