Title: Business Development Manager – I&C
Location: Remote (North of England preferred, with travel required)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + company car + bonus (up to 25%)
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence within industrial and commercial utility connections. This role focuses on securing new connections, developing client relationships, and delivering commercial targets.
Ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong sector knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities in utility connections
- Drive growth across industrial and commercial markets
- Build and manage client and partner relationships
- Identify, qualify, and progress leads
- Negotiate commercial agreements
Requirements
- Proven experience in new connections / utility connections (gas, electric, water)
- Strong background in industrial and commercial sectors
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Existing network in the sector preferred
