About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Industrial and Commercial utility connections. This role focuses on securing new Utility Connections, developing Industrial and Commercial relationships (I&C), and delivering commercial targets. This role is suitable for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong sector knowledge within Utility Connections (Electricity, Gas, Water).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities in utility connections (Water, Gas, Electricity).
  • Drive growth across Industrial and Commercial (I&C) markets.
  • Build and manage client and partner relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress leads.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales experience in new connections/utility connections (Gas, Electric, Water).
  • Strong background in selling to the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
  • A Strong Business Development Manager selling New Utility Connections to the I&C market.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Existing network in the sector preferred.
