About the Role
Join a leading NAV utility provider as a Wastewater Operations Engineer, responsible for inspection, compliance, and adoption (S104) of sewer networks across new developments. A field-based role where you’ll ensure assets are constructed safely, compliant with Sewer Sector Guidance, and fit for long-term operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Wastewater site inspections (construction, pre & post adoption)
- Ensure compliance with S104, Sewer Sector Guidance & industry standards
- Manage NCRs (non-conformance reports)
- Work with developers, ICPs, contractors & groundworkers
- Audit competency, safety & compliance
- Provide technical support & value engineering input
- Support asset adoption & maintenance strategy
Requirements
- Experience in wastewater design / sewerage / new developments
- Strong knowledge of S104, Sewer Sector Guidance & NAV processes
- Background in consultancy, developer services, or utilities
- Understanding of design, construction & adoption lifecycle
