Job Title: EV Installation Engineer
Location:
Salary + Other earnings
£42,000 per annum
- £2,000 annual attendance bonus (paid quarterly)
- Quarterly attendance bonus of £500. E.G. Turn up to every workday in January, February & March, Receive £500 in you April payslip.
- Fit bonus - £30 per charger after your seventh installation for the week. Most engineers are completing 9 installs a week with no additional hours worked.
- Overtime - Overtime is paid at 1X, any hours over 10 per day is paid out.
- Van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and motivated EV Installation/ Installers Engineers to join a growing nationwide team. This full-time role involves the installation, testing, and commissioning of electric vehicle (EV) charging systems across various UK sites.
Job Responsibilities: EV Installer
- Install, test, and commission electric vehicle (EV) charging systems
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and repair works as required
- Travel to customer sites across the UK (occasional overnight stays may be required)
- Maintain accurate documentation and use handheld reporting systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally
Professional and Personal Attributes:
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition or equivalent)
- Experience as an EV-Installer
- Background in EV charging systems installation, operation, or maintenance
- Metering and/or communications experience (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Three-phase and dual-fuel metering experience advantageous
- PV (solar) experience beneficial
