We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify and secure new business opportunities across the Industrial & Commercial market. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, generating new opportunities and driving commercial growth across major development and infrastructure projects.

We're looking for someone who can engage confidently with developers, consultants, contractors, landowners and project stakeholders.

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities across Industrial & Commercial markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Develop opportunities within sectors such as data centres, logistics, warehousing and commercial development.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term strategic relationships.

Proven success in business development, sales or commercial roles.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and project teams.

Existing network within Industrial & Commercial, construction, infrastructure, property or related sectors would be advantageous.

We're open to candidates from a range of sectors including construction, infrastructure, utilities, facilities management, data centres, logistics, industrial property and major projects. Most important is the ability to build relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments and identify commercial opportunities.
