Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for new clients as well as supporting existing customers.
  • Develop a strategic approach to increasing our presence in the region to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Run local events to target prospects and build relationships.
  • Provide sales and forecast reporting by product.
  • Become an expert on our Portfolios and Platform to build rich knowledge on how our product propositions can add value to Financial Adviser firms.
  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations.
  • Support Business Development Consultants with advice and expertise.
  • Collaborate with your dedicated Adviser Success Manager to ensure a best‑in‑class service to existing clients, maximising inflow potential.

Role Requirements

Absolute must‑haves:

  • Sales experience within the Financial Services industry, managing large corporate client accounts.
  • Target driven and results focused, with a proven record of achieving high‑growth targets.
  • Commercially focused with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong market knowledge with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail‑orientated.
  • Product‑focused to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
