Your responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for new features, from early exploration to polished interfaces.
- Create experiences that are simple, accessible, beautiful, and empathetic to user journeys.
- Partner with Product Managers on user flows and usability testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality, consistent implementations.
- Maintain and evolve the UI component library and design system.
- Champion usability testing, ensuring enough high-quality sessions happen and synthesising insights.
- Monitor onboarding, usage patterns, and session recordings to spot friction and improve usability.
- Advocate for clarity, consistency, and user-centred thinking across the product.

Who we’re looking for
An experienced Product Designer who loves working in a start up environment, who can make the complex beautifully simple and who understands that good design is as much about understanding the user as creating something aesthetically appealing. Someone who is up for the challenge of making eight different tools for financial advisers flow seamlessly together, who may know nothing about the finance world but is up for the challenge and who is a self-starter.
Absolute must haves
- 3–5+ years designing digital products end-to-end (UX + UI).
- Experience in a start up, scale-up or similar fast-growing environment.
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to component libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with usability testing and synthesising insights.
- Familiarity with analytics and session recording tools for understanding user behaviour.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern product/design workflows.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to explain design decisions clearly.
