We’re looking for a proactive, organised Talent Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join our team in London and support hiring across engineering, sales, and operations in both the UK and USA. This is a great opportunity for someone with early recruitment experience who wants to grow their in‑house talent career in a broad, hands‑on role. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, help keep recruitment processes moving, and play an important role in delivering a strong candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting hiring across engineering, sales, and operations roles
- Working with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screening CVs and carrying out initial recruiter calls
- Coordinating interviews across UK and US time zones
- Managing candidate communication throughout the process
- Keeping ATS records, pipelines, and hiring admin up to date
- Supporting offers, feedback collection, and general recruitment operations
What we’re looking for:
- Around 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination
- Experience in‑house or in an agency environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Confident communication skills and a professional candidate manner
- Experience sourcing candidates and supporting live hiring processes
- Good attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Interest in hiring across both technical and non‑technical roles
- Comfortable working across teams in the UK and USA
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring for engineering, sales, or operations roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar
