We are looking for a proactive, organised Talent Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join our team in London and support hiring across engineering, sales, and operations in both the UK and USA. You will work closely with hiring managers, help keep recruitment processes moving, and play an important role in delivering a strong candidate experience.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting hiring across engineering, sales, and operations roles
- Working with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screening CVs and carrying out initial recruiter calls
- Coordinating interviews across UK and US time zones
- Managing candidate communication throughout the process
- Keeping ATS records, pipelines, and hiring admin up to date
- Supporting offers, feedback collection, and general recruitment operations
What we are looking for:
- Around 1–3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination
- Experience in-house or in an agency environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Confident communication skills and a professional candidate manner
- Experience sourcing candidates and supporting live hiring processes
- Good attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Interest in hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
- Comfortable working across teams in the UK and USA
