Hull Interchange Tour Volunteer
Partner: Age UK Hull and East Yorkshire
Support monthly rail station familiarisation tours for older people who may feel uncertain about using public transport or navigating Hull Interchange.
These tours take place once a month on a set date and time. You\\\’ll be accompanied by a member of rail staff as you guide attendees around key areas of the station, such as Passenger Assist, the Travel Centre, gate line, and the British Transport Police office. There will also be opportunities to speak with station staff and answer any questions.
As part of the tour, you’ll share information about the services Age UK HEY provides and hand out useful resources.
You’ll also work closely with the Community Hub Coordinator, who will keep you informed of any key updates or details to be aware of during your time at the station.
