As a Volunteer Grant Writer & Funding Development Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us secure the resources needed to expand our programmes, develop new projects, and ensure our creative opportunities remain accessible to everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with our finance and project teams to gather statistics, budgets, participant stories, and impact data that strengthen applications.
  • Help develop compelling case studies and evidence of community impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Experience in grant writing, fundraising, bid writing, sponsorship development, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

  • Support the development of long‑term fundraising and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with funders and sponsors by providing updates, reports, and impact information.
  • Write persuasive, clear, and high‑quality funding applications tailored to specific funder requirements.
  • Track funding opportunities, application deadlines, submissions, outcomes, and reporting requirements using our database and grant calendar.
