As a Community Activity volunteer you'd be helping out in our weekly sessions (Monday & Thursday) supporting adults with crafts, long-running projects, small events, and theatre trips. Some of our attendees need extra support and guidance depending on their lack of confidence and physical abilities or may just want a natter as they knit!

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Helping plan accessible activities with support from staff
  • Help set up session
  • Help support and guide attendees with crafts
  • Help support attendees on visits to Hull Truck Theatre
  • Leading on crafts when confident to do so
  • Offering support to complete basic forms and IT support if confident to do so
