Age UK Hull and East Yorkshire

A befriending service volunteer would assist our Befriending Coordinator in running the service, supporting the office in admin tasks and calls to our volunteers and clients.

Responsibilities include making calls to our older people when their volunteers are on annual leave, on the waiting list, and conducting welfare checks.

Commitment: 1 day a week or 6 hours over the week required.

Training: Provided. Telephone skills desirable, basic computer and communication skills required.
