We are seeking a passionate and highly professional Beauty and Aesthetics Salon Manager to join our family-owned beauty and aesthetics clinic in Petersfield, Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the overall operation of the salon, drive performance, and nurture a positive, high-performing team culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving weekly targets
- Optimising diary management

The role is full-time, with approximately 75% hands-on treatment time and 25% dedicated management time. We offer a competitive salary with an attractive bonus structure, and the opportunity to work alongside a wonderful, committed team.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years' management experience within a beauty salon, spa, or aesthetics clinic, and must hold NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy.
