Our client is a global organisation seeking talented Workday professionals to help design, configure, and optimise HR technology solutions that drive business transformation. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working on high-impact digital HR initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager on large-scale HR transformation projects
- Strong background in Workday HCM configuration, including Hire to Retire processes
- Comfortable leading client workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide expert guidance on Workday best practices
- Workday HCM certification (desirable but not essential)
Your Role
- Lead workshops and explain HCM functionality, processes, and terminology to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot Workday HCM functionality across Core HR and related modules
- Provide expert advice on Workday best practices to optimise HR processes and employee experience
- Partner with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, integration, and delivery of business value
