Leading client facing Workday Finance projects, from design through to deployment. You’ll be the main subject matter expert on the workstream (either R2R or P2P), usually as part of a large scale Workday Financials implementation for clients across industries.
What you’ll need:
- You’ll need to be experienced in Workday Finance, ideally having seen through the full project life cycle more than once, either in consulting or industry.
- A Finance mindset - accounting qualifications are certainly beneficial, a big part of your role is seeing this through the eyes of the CFO and finance function. You need to speak their language.
- Strong experience in leading either R2R implementations and enhancements (General Ledger, Consolidation, Reporting) or P2P processes (Procurement, Expenses, Supplier Accounts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
