Workday Financials Solution Architect – Senior Manager This isn’t just implementation, their Workday Financials team bring together business process and technology change to transform businesses across multiple sectors. They’re not just configuring Workday, this is a fundamental element of business transformation services. Arguably that would also be true, but the reason you’d probably want to do this role is the balance of a relatively small, tight knit team of people who come from a broad range of backgrounds across the Workday world, with the support, learning and development and infrastructure of a big firm with multiple capabilities. The reality is to work on holistic business transformation programmes powered by Workday there are only a small handful of firms in the UK who have the capability and personnel to deliver – and this is one of them. Take responsibility for the overall solution design and architecture of client-facing Workday Financials projects, including design of the Foundational Data Model Ensuring deliverables across the functional, integrations, and data workstreams are consistent and of high quality Oversee technical and functional teams both on and offshore.
