Oracle Cloud Solution Delivery Lead – £80-90k 12 month FTC
My client, a Higher Education Institution, is seeking an experienced Oracle Solutions Delivery Lead to lead and manage the design and delivery of Oracle Finance, HR and EPM workstreams as part of a major transformation programme. Joining on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring solutions align with Oracle modern best practices, meet quality and timeline expectations, and reduce complexity for users. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party implementation partners.
About You
- Strong hands-on Oracle delivery and Project Manager experience, having led transformations covering Finance/HR/EPM
- Solid, proven leadership of complex Oracle implementations
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- A background in HR would be a nice to have, but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, configuration and delivery teams across Oracle HR, Finance and EPM
- Be the key point of contact coordinating and managing the various workstreams e.g., data migration, testing and security roles
- Act as the Oracle subject matter lead
- Coordinate change, transition, training and continuous improvement
Location: 2 days a week on site in Central London
Contract Duration: Fixed-term, 12 months
