What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, from discovery through to deployment
- Partner directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Configure and optimise core HCM modules (such as Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Reporting etc)
- Facilitate workshops, provide expert guidance, and ensure a high-quality client experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Support post-go-live activities including enhancements and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of Workday HCM implementation experience in a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business processes
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
- Experience leading workshops and gathering requirements
- A problem-solver mindset with strong attention to detail
- Workday certification(s) are a plus
