What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, from discovery through to deployment
  • Partner directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Configure and optimise core HCM modules (such as Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Reporting etc)
  • Facilitate workshops, provide expert guidance, and ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Support post-go-live activities including enhancements and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of Workday HCM implementation experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business processes
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
  • Experience leading workshops and gathering requirements
  • A problem-solver mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Workday certification(s) are a plus
