We're currently supporting a leading Big Four consultancy with a significant period of growth across its Oracle Supply Chain Transformation practice, and we’re looking to connect with multiple experienced Managers and Senior Managers across a range of Oracle SCM technologies, modules and process areas. This is very much a multi-hire campaign rather than a single vacancy, with opportunities available for people coming from different Oracle SCM backgrounds and specialisms.

The team works on complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes, helping organisations design, implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions across their supply chain operations. We’re particularly looking for experience across:

  • Order Management & Pricing – including Order-to-Cash, Pricing, CPQ and Subscription Management, alongside integrations into areas such as Receivables, Cash Management and Collections.
  • Sourcing & Procurement – strong Source-to-Pay experience, including complex Sourcing and Procurement processes and integrations across Payables, Inventory and Costing.
  • Inventory & Costing – including Inventory, Costing and Product Lifecycle Management, as well as integrations into Sourcing, Procurement, Order Management and Pricing.
  • Broader Oracle SCM Cloud – including Planning, Inventory, Order Management, Sourcing & Procurement and experience working across integrated end-to-end Oracle transformation programmes.
  • Additional specialist experience across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Subscription Management, Field Service, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Logistics would also be highly relevant.

At Manager level, we’re interested in Oracle SCM professionals who can take ownership of end-to-end workstreams, lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions, translate client requirements into practical solutions and manage teams, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations throughout delivery. At Senior Manager level, we’re looking for individuals with broader programme and transformation leadership experience – people who can take responsibility for major Oracle SCM Cloud projects or releases, lead integrated solutions across multiple modules and business domains, manage multidisciplinary teams and operate as trusted advisers to senior client stakeholders.

Across both levels, we’re particularly keen to speak with candidates who have been involved throughout the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle – design, configuration, testing and deployment – rather than purely operating within one stage of a programme. Strong client-facing consulting experience is important, as these positions involve working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, SMEs, delivery teams and, particularly at Senior Manager level, senior programme leadership.

There is also a strong focus on the evolution of Oracle transformation through AI-enabled processes, so experience advising on or working with Oracle AI capabilities, Agentic Applications, AI Agent Studio, GenAI or other agent-based AI tools would be particularly valuable. The roles offer the opportunity to work on large, complex Oracle transformation programmes while taking on genuine delivery and leadership responsibility within an established Big Four consulting environment.

What’s in it for you? An exciting package (incl. bonus scheme, matched pension contribution up to a certain %, etc.) A bespoke personal development programme. If you’re an Oracle SCM professional considering your next move, whether your background sits within Order Management, Pricing, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Costing, PLM or wider Supply Chain Transformation, I’d be very happy to have a confidential conversation and discuss which of the opportunities could be the best fit. Likewise, if you’re not actively looking but would be interested in understanding what the Big Four Oracle market currently looks like at Manager or Senior Manager level, feel free to reach out.

Time Sourcing will partner with you through the process, offering strong support and friendly advice at each stage, to ensure the best possible chance of a successful application.
